Log into our password protected FTP site to download your dailies or approval cut to any remote site equipped with a broadband connection. If your effects house is in Santa Monica or Montreal, they can send a shot directly to Matchframe via Internet. We can send or receive a compressed version for approval or an uncompressed version to drop into the show.

Clip Mail, just like e-mail, uses the convenience of the Internet to transport video and audio files at the resolution that’s right for your application. Clip Mail encodes from any video or audio source to MPEG and transmits the file over our broadband Internet connection to another Clip Mail site (found in most major cities around the world) or an FTP server. The forwarded media is stored until ready for high quality viewing or off-loading to tape or disk.

Because Clip Mail uses "store and forward" technology, the quality is not affected by transmission speed. You choose the compression level ranging from review and approval quality to broadcast quality.
